Maybe you are facing issues with Gadgets not opening or hogging too much memory, or maybe sometimes the Calendar gadget just won’t show anything in it! i solved it myself by uninstalling ie9 because i already dont use it. Desktop Gadgets Are Managed By Your System Administrator Unlocker couldn't find the locking process for me, but asked what I wanted to do with the file, so I chose rename.
