Go to Debug->Attach to Process...2. Like most debug windows, it only shows up when you're attached to a process. All product names are trademarks of their respective companies. When your project leans heavely on IE, for instance because you don't want to miss smart navigation, you can instruct VS to keep using IE on a project basis.
