Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes). This fixed my issue Thank you. Rename that file. The renamed file also leaves open the door to methods of looking for lost bookmarks if for instance some very recent bookmarks were important and lost. A window with your profile files will open.
