overall, with static lighting and all settings on high, 1680x1050, I get very playable framerates, as in anywhere between 45 - 150, so gameplay I don't really have any issue with, Less FPS = Less heat coming from the videocard. adabiviak View Public Profile Find all posts by adabiviak (#14) Eric1987 Banned Videocard: HIS 4870 1GB Processor: E6300 @ 3300MHz Mainboard: MSI P7N-SLI Memory: 2x2048 OCZ SLI DDR2 Soundcard: this page I can live without anistropy and antialiasing but if I can't vsync it I can't play it.

You should only use VSync as a last resort, it wastes your FPS and can cause other problems. first one had only dx8 and dx9 Your right about the Dx9 part, but fully dynamic lighting was harsh even for G80, I'm pretty sure I remember constant sub-40's frame rate I tracked my overclocking progress in this thread: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=337749 And yes, it is "light" liquid cooled, though I don't think Corsair uses straight water in the H70 coolers.
