The motor won't do "random" movements. MEMORY DRIVE. 67-13-6-946-313 look it up at realoem.com I had mine replaced under my extended warrantee. $154.00 part. 270.78 labor. thanks for helping me troubleshoot this by the way you are welcome. Same here. weird thing about it is that when i switch to driver side mirror for adjustment, when i move the joystick, i hear the passenger side motor trying to move... It's likely to be this, the copper tracks in the ribbon corrode & stop the LIN bus signals getting interpreted correctly.
