Mine just stopped, as well, and there were no signs of fluctuating fan speeds. Quick fix by my independent. Its looks like my motor and other bits are set up differently too. RepairPalĀ® RepairPal CertifiedĀ®
Is this a FSR thing too? Sign in to make your opinion count. Did this a couple of days ago and hey presto, every works fine now, saved me removing the FSR and changing it. Im trying to the change the resistor but cant find the 2nd screw.
The first one I found on the Motormec website and it looks like it was originally an article from Total BMW MagazineĀ http://www.motormec.co.uk/aircon.pdf, it gives a good introduction and a good overview.
