Another question, how can I remove resistor when it's covered so tight under the blower motor housing. BMW E46 vehicles are equipped with a climate control system (IHKA) with multiple sensors, controls, air temperature units and ducts. I don't have the part number. There is a small trick to it, namely disassembling the blower housing to make it easier to remove. Any ideas? I am tempted to order blower and replace it myself. Not sure if this is related?
